Linopirdine
Linopirdine (DuP 996) is a selective M-type potassium channel (Kv7/KCNQ) inhibitor and a TRPV1 agonist. This orally active cognitive enhancer stimulates the release of acetylcholine and other neurotransmitters, making it a useful research tool for studying synaptic transmission and cognitive function in both in vitro and in vivo neurological models.
