RF9 acetate is a potent and selective small molecule antagonist of human Neuropeptide FF receptors, exhibiting Ki values of 58 nM (hNPFF1R) and 75 nM (hNPFF2R) . This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to investigate NPFF system roles in pain modulation, opioid tolerance, and reward circuits.
