Sarolaner is a potent, orally administered small molecule ectoparasiticide. It demonstrates broad-spectrum activity, with high efficacy against both Ctenocephalides felis (LC80: 0.3 μg/mL) and Ornithodoros turicata (LC100: 0.003 μg/mL) in vitro. This research compound is used in veterinary parasitology studies for investigating novel acaricidal and insecticidal mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo models.
