Toxoflavin
Toxoflavin (Xanthothricin) is a small molecule that antagonizes the TCF4/β-catenin transcriptional complex and inhibits the histone demethylase KDM4A. It is used in vitro and in vivo to study Wnt/β-catenin signaling and epigenetic regulation in cancer and stem cell research.
