EIT hydrobromide (S-Ethylisothiourea hydrobromide) is a selective inhibitor of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) . It is widely used in research to investigate the role of iNOS-derived nitric oxide in inflammatory models, both in vitro and in vivo.
