Polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid
Poly (I:C) is a synthetic dsRNA analog that activates TLR3, RIG-I, and MDA5 pathways, eliciting robust innate immune responses. It is widely used as a vaccine adjuvant and in immunology research, including the establishment of ARDS animal models and in vitro studies of antiviral and antitumor immunity.
