Cediranib
Cediranib (AZD2171) is a potent ATP-competitive inhibitor targeting VEGFR-2 (KDR) with sub-nanomolar activity. It also potently inhibits VEGFR-1/3, PDGFRβ, and c-Kit, demonstrating selectivity over related kinases.
