Ivabradine HCl
Ivabradine hydrochloride is a selective inhibitor of the hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channel, blocking the If current in sinoatrial node cells to reduce heart rate. It is widely used in cardiovascular research, including in vitro electrophysiology studies and in vivo models of heart failure and angina, to investigate heart rate modulation.
