Ensifentrine
Ensifentrine is a dual PDE3/4 inhibitor with a strong preference for PDE3 (IC50: 0.4 nM), being over 3,000-fold more selective for this isoform than for PDE4. This investigational small molecule is being studied in clinical trials for obstructive respiratory diseases, including COPD and asthma, with supporting evidence from in vitro and in vivo preclinical research.
