Vidofludimus (SC12267) is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH) . It has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models of autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis and lupus, through both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo studies.
