Ixazomib
Ixazomib (MLN2238) is a second-generation, boron-containing proteasome inhibitor that potently targets the chymotrypsin-like (β5) activity of the 20S proteasome, with additional inhibition of its caspase-like (β1) and trypsin-like (β2) sites. It is widely used in preclinical research, including in vitro cell-based assays and in vivo xenograft models, for studying multiple myeloma and other malignancies.
