Rotigotine Hydrochloride
Rotigotine Hydrochloride (N-0924) is a potent dopamine agonist with high selectivity for D3 receptors and demonstrated anti-Parkinsonian activity. It is approximately 50 times more potent than quinpirole in vitro. This compound is widely used in preclinical research to study dopaminergic pathways in both cellular and animal models of Parkinson's disease.
