Tolazoline
Tolazoline (Benzalolin) is a competitive α-adrenergic antagonist used as a vasodilator in research. It is applied in studies of peripheral vascular diseases and serves as an antidote in models of vasoconstriction induced by certain 5-HT2A agonist overdoses.
