Blebbistatin
Blebbistatin is a selective inhibitor of non-muscle myosin II (NMII) and MYH9. It promotes directional migration and accelerates wound healing in corneal endothelial cells in vitro, while preserving cell junction integrity and barrier function. This small molecule is widely used in cytoskeleton and cell migration research.
