Olomoucine
Olomoucine is a cell-permeable purine analog that acts as an ATP-competitive inhibitor of multiple cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and ERK1, with IC50 values ranging from 3 to 25 μM. It is widely used in biochemical and cellular research to study cell cycle regulation, signal transduction, and has demonstrated anti-proliferative effects in melanoma models both in vitro and in vivo.
