DMH-1
DMH-1 is a selective small molecule BMP inhibitor targeting ALK1, ALK2, ALK3, and ALK6. It is widely used in stem cell research to direct the differentiation of pluripotent stem cells in vitro and has been applied in studies of bone development and heterotopic ossification in vivo.
