ML347 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of ALK1 and ALK2 kinases, with IC50 values of 46 nM and 32 nM, respectively. It demonstrates over 300-fold selectivity for ALK2 over ALK3. This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying BMP signaling in fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP) models and other related pathways in both cellular and in vivo contexts.
