Cinaciguat (BAY 58-2667) is a pioneering soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) activator developed for treating acute decompensated heart failure. It is widely used in cardiovascular research to study sGC function and hemodynamics in both in vitro assays and in vivo heart failure models.
