Parmodulin 2
Parmodulin-2 (ML 161) is a selective small-molecule antagonist of protease-activated receptor 1 (PAR1), inhibiting thrombin-induced platelet activation and P-selectin expression (IC50 = 0.26 μM) . It is a valuable research tool for studying thrombosis and inflammation in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo animal models of vascular disease.
