Bay 11-7085 is a cell-permeable inhibitor that potently and irreversibly blocks TNFα-induced IκBα phosphorylation with an IC50 of 10 μM. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo to study NF-κB signaling in inflammation, immunology, and cancer research.
