HNMPA

HNMPA is a cell-impermeant inhibitor that selectively blocks the tyrosine kinase activity of the insulin receptor, inhibiting its autophosphorylation on tyrosine and serine residues without affecting cAMP-dependent protein kinase or PKC. This tool compound is used in vitro to study insulin signaling mechanisms, receptor tyrosine kinase function, and metabolic research.
