Sephin1
Sephin1 (IFB-088) is a selective small molecule inhibitor of GADD34 (PPP1R15A) . By blocking this stress-induced regulatory subunit, it prolongs eIF2α phosphorylation, thereby modulating the integrated stress response. This action has shown protective effects in preclinical models of protein misfolding diseases, such as neurodegenerative disorders.
