MeBIO
MeBIO is a small molecule aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonist that also inhibits GSK-3 and CDK1/CyclinB with IC50 values of 44 and 55 μM, respectively, while showing no effect on GSK-3β. It serves as a useful research tool for studying AhR signaling and cell cycle regulation in various in vitro biochemical and cellular assays.
