Etalocib
Etalocib (LY293111) is a selective diaryl ether carboxylic acid that inhibits the lipoxygenase pathway via LTB4 receptor antagonism and direct 5'-lipoxygenase inhibition. It exhibits antineoplastic activity and has been investigated in preclinical in vitro and in vivo cancer models, including pancreatic and leukemia studies.
