Fosifloxuridine nafalbenamide (NUC-3373) is a ProTide-modified nucleotide analog and thymidylate synthase inhibitor designed to overcome limitations of 5-FU. It achieves superior intracellular levels of the active metabolite FUDR-MP, demonstrating anticancer activity in preclinical in vitro and in vivo models for oncology research.
