Wedelolactone
Wedelolactone (IKK Inhibitor II) is a cell-permeable inhibitor of IκB kinase (IKK) that prevents IκBα phosphorylation and degradation, thereby suppressing NF-κB activation and downstream gene transcription. This compound is widely used in vitro to study inflammatory signaling, apoptosis, and has shown research utility in animal models of liver injury and sepsis.
