Pimavanserin
Pimavanserin (ACP-103) is a selective 5-HT2A receptor inverse agonist (pIC50 ~8.7) used as an atypical antipsychotic. It is applied in research models of Parkinson's disease psychosis and has been studied in both in vitro functional assays and in vivo behavioral experiments.
