Buspirone
Buspirone is an azaspiro anxiolytic and sedative that acts as a serotonergic agonist and prolyl oligopeptidase (EC 3.4.21.26) inhibitor. It is widely used in neuroscience research to study anxiety mechanisms, serotonin receptor function, and neuropeptide metabolism in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
