Bedaquiline fumarate
Bedaquiline fumarate (TMC207) is a diarylquinoline-class antibiotic that inhibits mycobacterial ATP synthase, blocking its proton pump. It is a first-in-class therapeutic for Mycobacterium tuberculosis, validated in both in vitro assays and in vivo models of tuberculosis infection.
