Ispinesib
Ispinesib (SB-715992) is a quinazolinone-derived, potent, and reversible inhibitor of kinesin spindle protein (KSP) with antineoplastic activity. It is widely used in cancer research to study mitotic arrest and has demonstrated efficacy in both in vitro cell-based assays and in vivo xenograft tumor models.
