Polydatin (Piceid), a resveratrol glycoside from Polygonum cuspidatum, inhibits platelet aggregation and modulates lipid ratios. Research in vitro and in vivo shows it reduces ICAM-1 expression, alters calcium flux, and activates KATP channels in cardiovascular and inflammatory cell models.
