Ro 67-7476

Ro 67-7476 is a potent and selective positive allosteric modulator of rat mGluR1a (EC50 = 60.1 nM), enhancing glutamate-induced calcium release. It also acts as a P-ERK1/2 agonist, independently stimulating ERK1/2 phosphorylation (EC50 = 163.3 nM) . This compound is a valuable research tool for studying mGluR1 signaling in neurological disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
