3-MATIDA
3-MATIDA is a selective mGluR1 antagonist (IC50: 6.3 μM) with over 40-fold selectivity versus other mGluR subtypes, NMDA, and AMPA receptors. It has demonstrated neuroprotective effects in in vitro models, including murine cortical cell cultures and rat hippocampal slice cultures, supporting its research use in studying excitotoxicity and neurological disorders.
