Dasabuvir
Dasabuvir (ABT-333) is a non-nucleoside inhibitor targeting the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, thereby blocking viral replication. It is used in research applications, including in vitro antiviral assays and in vivo studies within combination therapies for hepatitis C, to investigate mechanisms of action and resistance.
