Setipiprant
Setipiprant is a potent and selective CRTH2 antagonist (IC50: 6.0 nM) that blocks the PGD2-mediated chemotaxis and activation of Th2 cells, eosinophils, and basophils. It is widely used in preclinical research to investigate allergic asthma and other inflammatory diseases, with applications in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo animal models.
