Fostemsavir (BMS-663068) is an investigational small molecule HIV-1 attachment inhibitor. It blocks viral entry by binding to gp120, showing potent antiviral activity in both in vitro assays and clinical studies for treating multidrug-resistant HIV-1 infection.
