SU-4312 (DMBI) is a selective VEGFR and PDGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 0.8 and 19.4 μM, respectively) . It has also been shown to protect against MPP+-induced neurotoxicity in research models by directly inhibiting neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), indicating utility in neuroprotection and angiogenesis studies.
