Disufenton sodium
Disufenton sodium (NXY-059) is a nitrone-based free radical trapping agent with demonstrated neuroprotective properties. It has been investigated in preclinical models of acute ischemic stroke, showing efficacy in reducing infarct volume in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
