Ozagrel
Ozagrel (Domenan) is a potent and selective thromboxane A2 synthetase inhibitor, exhibiting an IC50 of 11 nM in rabbit platelets. It is applied in research to study cerebrovascular function, particularly for investigating the prevention of cerebral ischemia and vasospasm in experimental models, both in vitro and in vivo.
