XL888
XL888 is a potent, orally bioavailable ATP-competitive inhibitor of Hsp90 (IC50 = 24 nM) . By disrupting this chaperone's function, it induces the degradation of client proteins, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. It has demonstrated in vivo efficacy, including tumor regression in mouse xenograft models of gastric carcinoma and melanoma.
