Talazoparib
Talazoparib (LT-673) is a potent, orally bioavailable inhibitor of PARP1 and PARP2. It exerts its anti-tumor effects by inhibiting PARP enzymatic activity and trapping the PARP-DNA complex, leading to synthetic lethality in BRCA-deficient cells. This mechanism has demonstrated efficacy in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft models of various cancers.
