GSK-690693 is a potent, pan-Akt inhibitor with IC50 values of 2, 13, and 9 nM for Akt1, Akt2, and Akt3, respectively. It also inhibits related AGC kinases like PKA and PKC. This compound has been used in preclinical research to study PI3K/Akt signaling in cancer models, both in vitro and in vivo.
