Milciclib
Milciclib (PHA-848125) is a potent and selective ATP-competitive inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), exhibiting an IC50 of 45 nM and over 3-fold selectivity against CDK1, 4, 5, and 7.
