AZD-7762 is a potent and selective ATP-competitive checkpoint kinase inhibitor, exhibiting an IC50 of 5 nM against Chk1 and similar potency against Chk2. It is widely used in cancer research to study DNA damage response pathways and has been evaluated in both in vitro and in vivo models to potentiate the effects of genotoxic agents.
