Pralatrexate
Pralatrexate is a 10-deazaaminopterin analog and potent dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibitor with high affinity for the reduced folate carrier (RFC-1) . It is used in research for its antineoplastic properties, applied in studies of T-cell lymphomas both in vitro and in preclinical in vivo models.
