Pyrazoloacridine (PD 115934) is a dual topoisomerase I/II inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.25 μM in K562 cells. This nucleic acid-binding agent exhibits anticancer activity and has been investigated in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo preclinical tumor models.
