Phloretin
Phloretin (NSC-407292) is a natural dihydrochalcone and a potent inhibitor of eukaryotic urea transporters, notably blocking VacA-mediated transport. It exhibits strong antioxidative properties and has demonstrated in vitro efficacy in inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis in various cancer cell lines, including B16 melanoma and HL60 leukemia cells.
