ML-7 hydrochloride
ML-7 hydrochloride is a cell-permeable, ATP-competitive inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) with a Ki of 300 nM. It is used in vitro and in vivo to investigate cytoskeletal regulation, smooth muscle contraction, and endothelial barrier function in cardiovascular and cell migration studies.
