Carotegrast methyl (AJM300) is an orally bioavailable small molecule antagonist that selectively targets both α4β1 and α4β7 integrins. It is a research tool for investigating integrin function in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, with demonstrated utility in both in vitro adhesion assays and in vivo models of colitis.
