BML-284 (Wnt agonist 1) is a cell-permeable, selective small molecule that potently activates Wnt/β-catenin signaling. It is widely used in vitro to study stem cell biology, tissue regeneration, and oncogenesis, and has been applied in vivo within bone and cartilage research models.
